We are looking for a number of Customer Consultants to come and join us across all 4 of our stores. This is a full time role and the job is to handle enquiries over the telephone, by email and web chat to our valuable customers, or potential customers, while providing an efficient, courteous and outstanding service at all times. Unlike other conventional call centres you can feel the buzz and excitement as soon as you step through our doors. Due to our phenomenal success and growth we are looking for more outstanding people to join our Contact Centre family. This job is to receive inbound calls or emails from customers who need some support or advice in purchasing a used car and you will ensure that all queries are managed in line with our high quality control standards. The job also involves making outbound calls to customers where you have promised a call-back. There is a sales element to this job so if you don't like that idea then this isn't the job for you. The sales part of the job involves you proactively selling or proposing used cars based on the customers' requirements or specifications. This means that, like most jobs nowadays you will have some KPI's and quality standards to meet. Progression? Well the world is your oyster at The Car People.
