We are seeking a Hospital Sales Specialist (temporary 12 months) to cover the area of Essex to maximize sales within a defined set of accounts enabling Roche to maintain and further develop its Pharma turnover. This role is within the Breast franchise team. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of sales in line with company targets maximising Roche's interests and promoting patient care in a number of key strategic and influential Hospitals. Adhering to corporate and compliance goals, you will develop and implement the key account plan aligned to brand strategy and manage budget autonomously in order to generate maximum return on investment. Delivering sales value, clinical advocacy and growth in line with targets are key requisites of the role.

The successful candidate will be proactive, creative and an energetic individual who is looking to make a big impact as a Hospital Sales Specialist on the Essex territory. You will be part of a young vibrant team who's main priority is to get our medicines to patients diagnosed with Breast cancer faster through value added interactions with Healthcare Professionals.

Demonstrating detailed knowledge of NHS customer process, you will interact with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, registrars, managers, unit staff and other stakeholders taking personal responsibility for maintaining high ethical standards, operating within company and ABPI standards. Clear analysis of sales data and associated data, leading to the development and delivery against the in-field operational plan is a key part of the role.

 

  • You will ensure excellent application of marketing activities, consistent message delivery and create effective feedback processes from the field to head office
  • You will proactively use the requisite business planning tools and ensure CRM information is accurate, complete and current
  • You will need a science degree or equivalent experience with strong financial and sales acumen
  • You will demonstrate success in a hospital sales role within Pharma, experience of key account management and working in a matrix environment and a track record of strong performance
  • Proficient in MS Office, you will also have strong communication skills
  • It is essential that you are ABPI qualified to be considered for this position
