Join our team as a Scrum Master and have the opportunity to empower, lead and coach a global team to success. In this role you will work with Scrum teams and the Product Owner to balance feature delivery with continuous improvements, innovation, enabling technical excellence.

The Scrum Master role is important to build strong, trusted relationship with business and customer groups and with the team, by helping your team to make work transparent. This role is crucial to ensuring successful business outcomes, by organising and facilitating sprint and release planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. This role will see you lead continuous refinement and prioritisation of product backlogs, ensuring that your team is embracing and practicing core Agile principles and determining and removing all obstacles that may interfere with the ability to deliver assigned goals including conflict resolution, technical blockers and process issues.

As an experienced Scrum Master, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of key Agile concepts and a proven track record of the project delivery.  A degree in Information Technology and transaction reporting knowledge would be also desired.
