Job Details

Working as part of the Design & Technical Team in the Counties Region and reporting to the Senior Design & Technical Manager you will coordinate the technical design for the construction of new build projects from post planning through to completion.  

It is essential that you have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector and can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role. Knowledge of building regulations & NHBC is essential.   

A good knowledge of the Building Regulations and renewable technologies is vital.   

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also project management skills and a high level of computer literacy (Excel, Word and AutoCAD) will be required.
