Our client’s Business Support Team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to join their small but busy and effective team. Based in Sherwood Rise, you will support the team in delivering comprehensive administrative support to the large Homes & Wellbeing department.

You will be responsible for providing an efficient administrative service to the team. The role calls for a confident administrator as it will involve contact and communication with colleagues at all levels. So having a positive, diplomatic, and helpful attitude is essential. In addition, you will support the team with any general administrative tasks.

You will be committed to providing a high quality service, maintaining a positive approach to your work and enjoy a challenge. You will also have excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and be able to work in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and approachable.

In addition, you will have a strong IT proficiency and the ability to prioritise workloads.
