We have a great opportunity at HMP Humber to join the education team as a Guidance Worker on a permanent, part time (22.2 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to support and offer guidance and advice to learner's smooth transition through induction, time in custody and resettlement into the community.

To do this successfully you'll need to:

To hold level 3 information, advice and guidance qualification within an agreed timescale.

To hold level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy within an agreed timescale

Experience of contributing to an IAG service that meets quality standards

Must have experience of working in an IAG Role.

Must have relevant experience of conducting initial assessments and supporting learning of individuals and groups

Have experience of working with groups of learners with a range of abilities
