polkadotfrog recruitment are looking to recruit a part time Credit Controller to join their a small & friendly team based in Central Cambridge for approximately 12 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within credit control, have great communication skills both written and verbal, but especially a good telephone manner. You will need to be self-motivated, flexible.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* A Methodical approach to the sales ledger to ensure overdue debts are contacted via regular calls and emails
* Build rapport & develop business relationships with customers to maximise cash collection
* Maintain notes on the sales ledger and ensure all customer notes are updated
* Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* Assist in other administrative duties if required

* At least a year’s experience in credit control
* Experience of using sage accounts would be desirable
* Sound knowledge of basic IT skills – including Microsoft Word and Excel
