Purpose of Role
Within GVC’s Product Analytics & Optimisation Unit your role is to support the Optimisation Team and all relevant Optimisation stakeholders with analysis and insight that supports discovery and test evaluation phase of the Optimisation programme.
You will work alongside Product teams to define key data around test measurement, conversion and customer’s product interaction.
To review Optimisation and Testing activities you will generate custom reports, extract data in support of your analysis and review by managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Assess hypothesis derived from various stakeholders identifying improvement opportunities on player journey, customer experience and conversion using various data sources, UX research, multivariate testing and feedback learnings in ongoing and recurring optimisation cycles
Support implementation of tests and use testing methods (e.g. Multivariate testing, funnel analytics, etc.) to measure and interpret impact of product feature changes
- Understand key business measures and support product development & operational units in the use of these measures
- Analyse new product’s mechanic to understand overall impact and return of investment, and as a result recommend new strategies or activities to drive revenue
- Provide investigative support for existing product relatedfeatures
- Evaluate product related data points and recommend ways to improve how information is collected, analyse how product consumes the data to make better informed decisions
Define and support reporting of KPIs for (existing and new) products, its content and relevant features
Experimentation validates that ideas meet customer needs
Supporting Product teams to prepare roadmaps, contribute ideas and identify opportunities
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications
Essential
- Excellent communicator
- Strong skills in the areas of tracking-, analytics, analysis and website optimisation
- Good understanding of A/B testing, UX and conversion best practices
- Analytical ability to derive value from data
- High attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to make recommendations based on complex multilevel data
