L&Q have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with contract management experience to join our Compliance team. The role will take the lead in driving statutory compliance for several areas of building services, including LOLER, and PUWER.

The role reports into a Compliance Manager and will be part of L&Q’s Compliance team. This team is responsible for ensuring that L&Q meets statutory responsibilities and provides safe homes for our customers. We do this through robust contract management, and system/data driven processes.
 

The main duties of the role will be compliance programme planning, contract management, responding to escalated cases, provision of technical advice, and line management. You should be a strong communicator, who is good at building relationships, and can drive performance improvement.
