Locum Clinical Psychologist - Later Life - Community - Ipswich
Band: 8a
Location: Ipswich
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Part-time (4 days a week, 30 hours)
Contract: 3 months
Our client, one of the UK's largest mental health care providers, is looking for a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to work within an Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) based in Ipswich. The IDT is responsible for the coordination of mental health services in the surrounding community.
The role will involve working with patients in the community as part of the Later Life service.
When working with the IDT you will undertake specialised clinical work within the service and provide specialist knowledge and consultation to staff at all levels and contribute to their development.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with older adults
- Previous working experience within the NHS
- Ideally, experience of community work
- Full UK driving license
