We have a great opportunity for a Concierge to join Crocodile Works, providing a front of house service to the residents. Crocodile Works is a flagship £25 million regeneration scheme in Newtown, Birmingham. Which offers 126 apartments and 42 townhouses which are available for rent, outright sale and rent to home buy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and keen individual who is able to work on their own initiative. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. You will provide comprehensive concierge duties including, reception and minor maintenance work whilst being a visible presence ensuring the health, safety our residents, visitors and contractors. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team, working closely with Housing & Lettings Officers to address and resolve any issues that are identified.

This role includes shift work from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 10pm, including Bank holidays.
