Directly influence the success of our technology services by taking responsibility for the support of critical applications.

Joining our team as an experienced and skilled technologist, you’ll provide business-facing support for downstream platforms. Working directly with the Front Office and handling business stakeholders, you will  collaborate with Developers and global operation teams on strategic projects across regions. Development delivery will be part of the opportunities available and you will be actively involved in Agile sprints. 

Your excellent, wide-reaching technical skills and your experience dealing with business customers to translate technology into business terms will enable deep analysis and fast issue resolution. You will further develop your background in proactive identification of problems and solution implementation and build on your experience of handling incidents and problems to ensure healthy and stable environments.

Successful candidate will have operational experience supporting complex and globally distributed Front Office systems as well as experience in providing high levels of customer support to a demanding business. Proficiency in LINUX and Windows Operating Systems including scripting (i.e. Python / Shell) alongside with the practical knowledge on databases (i.e. Sybase and SQL Server)is the key; writing SQL will be significant for this role.
