We’re looking to hire an Agency Partner to join our UK Sales team. Although this is a full-time role, we are open to discussing flexible working for the right candidate, including home working or flexible hours.

A bit about you:

We're looking for an advertising specialist with previous experience working in Sales or leading an account and managing the client relationships at an agency.

You'll be a strategic-thinker with solution selling second nature to you

You have the tools to create winning media strategies

Data is your middle name; you love mining and sharing actionable insights

You are a passionate about providing the best customer service and have a successful track record of building meaningful client relationships

Last, but certainly not least -- you are an excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter

What you'll be doing:

Develop custom client solutions utilizing Oath’s entire suite of products, including Display, Mobile, Video, Native and Search

Quarterback a cross functional account team and serve as the main contact for our clients and agency partners

Develop strategic plans to achieve and/or exceed target revenue goals

Partner with clients to understand strategic needs and deliver Oath resources to meet not only advertising needs, but overarching business needs

Understand and effectively communicate Oath’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they are related to the growth of current and prospective client accounts

Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; report on the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry including developing innovations in mobile, video, programmatic and other emerging media
