A growing security company is seeking a Control Operator to join its team based in Bellshill, Scotland. As the Control Operator, you will deliver a high-quality monitoring service in accordance with the policies and procedures as agreed with the Scottish Government. As a Control Operator, your duties will be to: - Process incidents/violations within agreed key performance indicators - Monitor the activity of its subject base using tagging, tracking and voice verification - Respond professionally to calls from internal/external customers in line with our agreed key performance indicators - Report incidents/breaches to the appropriate agencies within the required timescale - Produce reports as required by either internal or external customers - Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre Supervisor and as per agreed procedures - Support and advise monitored persons during the duration of their curfew - Document all contact with both internal and external customers - Build and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers through the application of the principles of pro-social modelling - Maintain, uphold and demonstrate company values and protect the company brand - Compliance with information security responsibilities To be a successful Control Operator you will have the following skills and experience: - Act professionally - The ability to deliver objectives and great customer service - Supporting and working with others Essential skills and knowledge: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to remain calm, positive and confident in a pressurised environment - Ability to make decisions based on facts and information available - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload - Flexible working style The company also has part-time hours, evenings and nightshift work available. There is a probationary period for 6 months. In return, the Control Operator will receive a salary of £9.19 per hour.
