SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER - DM
One of my clients in Gloucestershire are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to assist them with major applications for an initial contract of 6 months, with the likely potential for extension. My client can offer flexible working arrangements and are looking to pay around £35-45p/h, although this is open for negotiation for candidates of a higher level. Responsibilities will include:
* Manage a caseload of major applications
* Liaise with developers and external stakeholders
* Represent the Council at Committee meetings
It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience within a Development Management team, however, private sector experience would also be considered. The Council can be flexible in terms of working arrangements and home working, offering a compressed week or 2 days a week from home. The role is inside IR35 and they are looking to pay around £35-45 p/h.
The client will also consider candidates looking for part time work.
If you are interested in this role or in other Development Management opportunities in the area, please do apply below or call (phone number removed) and ask for Lily!
