Legal & Commercial Executive
Our Peterborough based client is looking to recruit a Legal & Commercial Executive to join them on a permanent part time basis.
This is a newly created position within the organisation, and therefore will give you a great opportunity to incorporate your legal knowledge and experience in a position that will enable you to grow, own and further develop the position.
In this Legal & Commercial Executive part time position, you will be able to work 3 full days per week. You will be required to support all aspects of their business with commercial accurate legal advice and communication. You will develop all legal documents / SLA’s, review regulatory requirements ensuring the business remains compliant. You will get involved with complex claims and complaints, and you will support the business and build relationships both internally and with external clients over the telephone in an effective and timely manner. You will ensure comprehensive records are logged accurately. You will manage disputes to resolution negotiating with various partners.
To be considered for this Legal & Commercial position you will have commercial/legal experience, either a law degree or CILEX qualifications. You will have experience of producing complex written communication and excellent verbal communication skills. Experience of working within an FCA regulated environment is essential. You will have a flexible working approach and ability to adapt within the role. Team working and a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to empathise in sensitive situations are key for this position.
Pro rated salary offered for part time working hours £18,000 pa. Full time equivalent £30,000.
