We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly, rapidly growing recruitment team.
Position: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Easily commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Wellingborough.
Salary: Circa £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience (pro-rata)
Hours: Full time and part time hours are available

About the role:
As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time of growth supporting our expanding client base.
You will participate in the recruitment process from start to finish, managing all levels of administrative and resourcing led activities and ensuring the service we have promised is delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing both client and candidates inbound calls
- Processing new roles using our Applicant Tracking System
- Utilising online job boards for advertising
- Managing and processing client data
- Screening advert responses
- Formatting job adverts
- Sourcing CV’s via online databases
About You:
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer focussed individual, with proven experience of administration within a recruitment environment. You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently using your own initiative and bring a passion for helping some of the country’s most worthwhile causes.
Skills must include:
- Strong IT skills are essential particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Experience of working with ATS systems or recruitment software
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A passion for the sector and a drive to help charities improve their recruitment processes
Although not essential, knowledge of the Not-For-Profit or Charity sector would be an advantage… but if you have the skills and the drive, then we want to hear from you!
