We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to join our team, contributing to the transformation of L&Q, delivering better, faster and lower cost services for our customers, and helping to establish L&Q as a great place to work for colleagues.
We are looking for a driven and resourceful self-starter, who loves working in a fast-paced business environment, who excels at motivating, leading, and often, delivering through others. And you’ll have experience of working in a business transformation setting where customer channel shift to digital was a key focus.
You’ll have a proven track record of designing, leading and delivering complex change in a large, service delivery business, using data intelligently to make wise decisions, turning the complex in to the simple, making things easy, and ensuring brilliant customer and colleague experience is at the heart of service design and delivery.
You’ll be an expert at designing change in a way that takes colleagues on the journey and delivering in a way that sustains for the long term. You’ll be fantastic at communicating clearly and concisely, at being super engaging in both verbal and written form, at adapting your style and approach to suit the audience, and ensuring your outputs are of the highest quality; setting the standard for others to follow. Your strengths in relationship building will be a stand out capability, and you will be able to quickly form excellent working relationships that help you get things done.
Your wealth of business knowledge and experience means that you’re brilliant at prioritising and focusing on what matters most, not getting lost in the detail, and acting quickly when things aren’t right, and making commercially sound decisions.
You’ll have bags of personality, be tenacious, and have an infectious energy that’ll motivate your team and those around you to deliver consistently and brilliantly, every time. You will role model the ability to flex and adapt whilst maintaining resilience and demonstrate a super level of responsiveness. Your leadership style and approach will be focused on the development of your team, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to help them be the very best they can be. And you’ll be a natural role model of the L&Q values
