We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly, rapidly growing recruitment team.

Position: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Easily commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Wellingborough.

Salary: Circa £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience (pro-rata)

Hours: Full time and part time hours are available

About the role:

As Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time of growth supporting our expanding client base. You will assist the Senior Consultant with the entire recruitment lifecycle, from writing and posting job adverts, to screening candidates and using databases to source potential candidates.

Although not an exhaustive list, some of your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Working closely with colleagues to gain a thorough understanding of existing Client requirements
  • Writing advertisements for live vacancies as required
  • Review and respond to applications as appropriate, matching Candidate’s experience and skills to existing Client needs
  • Identifying Candidates that may be suitable for alternative vacancies
  • Conducting CV searching
  • Managing both client and candidates inbound calls
  • Posting adverts to online job boards
  • Utilising online job boards for advertising

 

About You:

The successful Recruitment Resourcer will have experience of working within a recruitment environment. You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as independently using your own initiative and bring a passion for helping some of the country’s most worthwhile causes.

Skills must include:

 

  • Strong IT skills are essential particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Experience of working with ATS systems or recruitment software
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A passion for the sector and a drive to help charities improve their recruitment processes

 

Although not essential, knowledge of the Not-For-Profit or Charity sector would be an advantage… but if you have the skills and the drive, then we want to hear from you!
