Reporting into the Marketing & Property Events Manager, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for supporting the marketing and branding activity across L&Q’s Development Division. 

This is an ideal role for an individual with some marketing or brand management experience, or with digital marketing agency experience  For the successful candidate there will be lots of opportunities to progress your career in marketing and brand management.

You will provide administrative support to the strategic brand and marketing team in order to implement effective and efficient marketing plans and campaigns. You will act as the first point of contact for internal customers and external suppliers and stakeholders. Your role will be varied and include managing email accounts, telephone enquiries, raising POs and processing invoices and updating IT systems where necessary. You will also assist with the execution of the corporate awards strategy including collation of award submissions and liaison with internal & external stakeholders to gather relevant information and assets. Assist with the management of generic marketing campaigns (internal and external) and the execution of relevant media schedules/campaigns and PR plans. Your role will also include assisting with the management of the generic content for the Sales website and ensure regular liaison with regional teams to ensure high quality listings that adhere to brand guidelines.. Help with the management of our monthly sales focused social media content calendar, generating ideas and arranging necessary assets from Regional PR Managers and Agencies, meeting regularly with internal teams managing corporate platforms to share relevant messaging and overseeing agencies. Manage with the assistance of the regional sales & marketing team events throughout the year including the biannual shared ownership new homes show including the creation of all collateral/presentations for use at the show and logistics leading up to the event. Where relevant, you will also assist with the delivery of aspects of the corporate brand strategy and delivery of brand collateral including assisting with plans to embed brand governance across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

-          Experience in a fast-paced, target driven administrative/creative office

-          Capability to undertake accurate and efficient office processes

-          Computer literate with good proven competency in MS Office, CMS systems, email marketing platforms (CRM systems and Photoshop is desirable).

-          Strong organisational skills 

-          Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines

-          Proactive with strong initiative

-          Strong, effective communication with all internal and external parties

It would also be desirable to have a knowledge and understanding of the key components of a marketing strategy and the ability to understand the creative process and production of marketing.
