Would you like to be part of some of Dunfermline's and Edinburgh's most exciting and prestigious events?

If so, we are looking to hear from you!

G4S Events cover some of the biggest and most interesting events in Edinburgh and Dunfermline and further afield including Tynecastle, Murrayfield, Myreside and Easter Road.

You do not need any qualifications or experience as all training will be provided!

In addition, there will also be the potential to work at exciting venues such as Hampden Stadium and other Scottish Premier League football venues.

Upcoming one off events include the Spice Girls at Murrayfield, Pink at Hampden, the TRNSMT Festival featuring Snow Patrol, George Ezra, Catfish & the Bottlemen and the Summer Sessions across Glasgow & Edinburgh featuring Florence & the Machine, Primal Scream,Chvches, James, Courteeners and Madness.(transport will be provided if you are working out with Edinburgh).

You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team that helps to keep these venues and events safe and secure throughout Edinburgh and across UK. This is an opportunity to build on skills and experience such as customer service, communication, health & safety, team work, problem solving and many others.

There is also plenty scope for progression through options like undertaking your SIA training with G4S, becoming a supervisor, joining the recruitment team and applying for the occasional full and part time vacancies within the office that come up.

Unlike many other stewarding companies, we offer a wide range of staff benefits including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), company sick pay scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Contributory Healthcare Scheme and others.

The fundamental role of a Steward is to ensure all patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience. Events and Stewarding staff are often the first and last people visitors will meet at an event. Therefore the role of a Steward is primarily customer facing and includes, but is not limited to:

* Providing the ultimate customer care experience

* Checking Tickets

* Dealing with patrons queries and questions

* Crowd monitoring

* Helping people to their seats and providing general directions

* Hospitality, car parking and other general stewarding duties

Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event
