We own 33,000 quality homes for social and affordable rent across the Midlands, and one of our keys to success is ensuring that these homes are lived in and loved for the maximum time possible. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be supporting the team in the letting and management of our property services - achieving re-let times that are amongst the best in the housing sector.

This a part time role for 17.5 hours per week, working half a day on Wednesday, and full days on Thursday and Friday. The hours worked on these days can be flexible. This is a fixed term contract for maternity cover until August 2020.

Your role as a Lettings Administrator will be supporting the Lettings Manager and Residential Lettings Officers to undertake administrative tasks, including maintaining tenant files, taking calls or emails and logging Rightmove leads, or repairs and accurately reporting these. You’ll be raising purchase orders and processing invoices and liaising with tenants to resolve queries over the phone and email.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll be able to demonstrate your strong organisation skills and your eye for detail, and able to prioritise your own workload, taking initiative in your work. You’ll work closely with the wider Housing team so excellent communication skills are key.
