An excellent opportunity for an inspiring, ambitious, enthusiastic Lecturer in Sports and Public Services has arisen to join our expanding team. Working for one of the top 5% of colleges in the UK, you will teach across a range of modules and programmes, have course leader responsibility and participate in the development of existing and new course programmes.
Role Responsibilities
- Teach and assess on a range of programmes as required by the Head of School such as National Diploma in Sport / Public Services, First Diploma in Sport / Public Services and other related subjects.
- Act as Tutor and/or Course Director to one or more groups of full time and/or part time students.
- Participate in course team meetings, curriculum planning and materials development as appropriate.
- Fully participate in the development of the Faculty’s Course portfolio within Sport / Public Service and related programmes.
The successful candidate should hold a Sports degree with a willingness to undertake a Masters or equivalent qualification in sport or related field. Professional experience in Sport or related field is desirable.
