Our client is looking for a strong administrator to join their team for a 6 week+ period. You will be responsible for administering the stock control system by entering stock movements on to Sage at each stage of the process.

This role is Monday – Friday 09:00 – 13:00 each day and requires an immediate start.

What we’re looking for:

Duties:

* To ensure COA’s and COC’s are received where required and matching up with delivery paperwork

* To enter finished goods data onto the system in order to close off factory production

* Ensure product quantities coming out of the factory are correct and resolving any discrepancies with the factory

* Checking material and packaging batch codes on process record sheets are all present

* Carrying out a finished goods check, and on good entering the warehouse

* Assist with stock checks and inputting data onto the system

* To match up picking sheets and delivery notes and return to sales office

* To book deliveries onto APC system

Experience Required:

* Previous administration experience

* Knowledge of SAP desirable but not essential

* Great attention to detail

* Ability to work to tight time scales
