Our prestigious client in Staffordshire are currently recruiting for an energetic and passionate Team manager to join their established team.
A caring and compassionate nature and someone who wants to make a real difference to people’s lives. You will have the ability to effictively manage a team of social workers as you will be accountable for the practice of social workers within the team.
The key skills we are looking for are:
* Ability to complete assessments
* Effective Communicator
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Report writing
* Risk Management assesments
* Must have safeguarding experience
* Ability to Lead, Motivate, and manage a team effectively
* Knowledge of managing Social workers
* Minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience with evidence of professional development
* Recognised certificate in a child and families social care related subject
* Outcome focused approach
* Recognised management qualification with a minimum of 2 years management experience
