Receptionist - Part-time - Mildenhall - Permanent - £10ph. I am currently recruiting on behalf of my well established and successful client, for a part-time receptionist to join the business as soon as possible. This will be a receptionist job share position to work on a part-time basis where you will be working Monday: 9.00am to 5.00pm and Thursday: 9.00am to 1.00pm paying £10ph. You may be required to cover full-time hours during annual leave of the other person.
Main Duties to include:
Front of house
Greeting visitors
General office administration including invoicing, and booking jobs orders
Customer service via email, telephone and face to face
Taking and logging payments
Handling complaints and customer queriesThe successful candidate will have outstanding levels of customer service, both over the phone and in a face to face environment. You will be computer literate and able to use basic Microsoft packages, a knowledge of SAGE would be desirable however not essential as this would be trained. This is an immediate requirement where the successful candidate will be able to start at short notice.
