Support Worker - Flexible Working Available

Location: opportunities available in Basingstoke Central, Oakley (Basingstoke), Tadley (Basingstoke)
Salary: £8.56-£9.66 per hour
Hours: Rolling two week shift pattern, covering the hours between 7.30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Average 39 hours per week (work 8 days in every 14)
Maybe you have experience gained within a similar setting? Do you have relevant qualifications? Don’t worry if you do not; whilst this would be beneficial, neither are essential. The personal qualities you can bring are far more important.
As a Support Worker you will need an open mind, respect for others, resilience, self-motivation and a willingness to learn. You will have a good standard of English, basic IT skills, a team approach and the ability to work under your own initiative.
If you don’t currently have any qualifications, you will be helped to achieve them, beginning with completion of your Care Certificate and continuing with an NVQ in Health & Social Care and many more exciting opportunities for enhance your learning/skills with our excellent Learning & Development scheme!

Successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment screening process inclusive of an Enhanced DBS and satisfactory referencing prior to commencing employment.
Whilst experience is not essential as full training will be provided we very much welcome previous experience working as: Support Worker, Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
