To further strengthen our capability to extract value from our data assets, we have created a new post responsible for extracting meaning from and interpreting data using tools and methods from statistics, operational research and machine learning to draw insights from the data and communicate the findings to answer the business questions in a clear and easily understandable manner.  You are an experienced Data Science manager capable of leading a team of data science analysts and working closely with stakeholders to build the AI / ML roadmap that delivers demonstrable business value at pace.

You have expertise in the data science space and are able to determine what are the best machine learning techniques / algorithms that could be utilised to interrogate the data. You know how to formulate the hypothesis for answering the business question, selecting the appropriate data / features, validating and scoring the models and communicating the findings. You have worked with all data types ranging from structured to unstructured including internet of things data. You are familiar with both supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms and have used some of the techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, association, anomaly detection etc. You are a team player who actively contributes to the success of the entire team.

You will work collaboratively with all teams to raise the awareness on how data science capabilities can be leveraged to understand our customers better, improve processes, manage risk etc. You will actively participate in designing the models that transform raw data into actionable insights. You will use your expertise in data visualisation and storytelling to communicate your findings.
