We are offering an excellent opportunity for someone who would relish collaborating with highly talented people. We are looking for an intelligent proactive multi-tasker to join our Finance team.
Commencing on a fixed-term basis for 6 months with the possibility of extension, you will provide Naim Audio with effective organised Finance support for 20 hours a week, ideally Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 2.30pm.
Purpose of Role/Key Objectives
The priorities of the role will encompass all aspects of the finance function which will include assisting with purchase ledger, credit control, FP&A, management accounts and assisting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks.
Main Job Duties
· Supporting local finance team and the Group team in France
· Assisting with the monthly close procedures for Naim Audio Group companies
· Help with Accounts Payable and Receivable; including input, scanning and general processing
· Preparation of management account information
· Supporting managers in understanding the flow of financial transactions throughout the business
· Responsible for assisting with the completion of VAT returns
· Aid co-ordination audit and tax compliance
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 2 year’s relevant working experiences in accounting and account payable/ receivable / credit collections environment.
* Must have experience and feel comfortable working in a small accounting office where there is a requirement to multi task.
* Part Qualified accountancy qualification desirable – AAT.
* Must have Excel skills and be used to working with an ERP.
* Experience of working for a manufacturing company would be a distinct advantage.
* Results oriented, able to clearly communicate at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers.
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
* Accuracy and attention to detail is key.
