The Role
As a Front of House Receptionist, you'll be one of the first faces to welcome all of our visitors and clients. Therefore, it's always great to let your personality shine through and be yourself.

* Provide a warm and welcoming service to all visitors upon arrival
* Allocate car parking spaces to visitors
* Provide catering and refreshments for meetings
* Book meeting rooms for internal staff across both sites
* You will be responsible for managing the stationary orders
* You will be involved in in-house events and will support the recruitment team with managing the day

Key skills and experience required:
* Experienced in a Client facing front of house role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of professionalism and an ability to interact with people of all levels both internally and externally.
* Proactive approach, self-motivated with an ability to allocate tasks to self without prompting.
* Ability to prioritise under pressure; managing multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, must be very accurate and numerate.
* A team player, customer focused
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook
