As a team administrator, you will join a well established, smaller team in the heart of Swindon, working Monday to Friday, mornings only, paying a part time salary of £10,857 (pro rata salary - 20 hours per week). You will need to be an experienced administrator, able to demonstrate extremely high accuracy and attention to detail levels. You must be happy working to deadlines and liaising both internally and externally to key stakeholders and senior management.

The responsibilities for this opportunity are;
*Admin support to senior staff
*Preparation and checking of important documents
*Update and maintain admin system
*Obtain and collate presentations and documents - internally and externally
*Working contact and communication internally and externally
*Handle sensitive and confidential documents
*Proof reading documents
Skills and Attributes:
*Excellent organisational skills
*Good timekeeping and prioritisation skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to draft email correspondence to a standard acceptable for communicating with senior staff members
*Ability to prioritise a multi-source workload and operate in a highly confidential environment
*Ability to work using own initiative or as part of a team
*Communication within team
*Accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to proof read effectively
*Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint as well as Adobe
Interviews will commence next week - Monday to Thursday and we require an ASAP start date - of course a standard notice period is manageable.
