Page Personnel are recruiting for an administrator with the knowledge of being able to support with helping create reports/respond to emails/book visitors into the management system/general administration.

Working in a fast paced environment and thinking on your feet with the ability of prioritising and changing tasks if needed

Client Details

The client is well known brand in Macclesfield, they are looking for support on a part time basis for a 6 month contract with a strong possibility of extension.

The desired working days are; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (potentially Thursdays if needed)

Description

The key responsibilities of the interim Project Support Admin are:

Act as the "owner" of the Global Engineering construction offices ensuring their smooth day-to-day operations and functionality e.g. mail distribution, coordination of work with the site Facilities Management and IT etc.

As the first point of contact into the Construction offices meet and greet visitors to the construction offices.

Maintain ownership of the construction office's meeting rooms, conference room and video conference room schedules, effectively managing and prioritising any calendar conflicts.

Provide the occasional meeting support, set-up and catering coordination.

Coordinate complex local and international business travel, itineraries, and accommodation for project team members.

Monitoring inventory and ordering of general office supplies stocks and Construction PPE.

Collect and maintain an up-to-date contact list and office plan for all project team members.

Assist with the filing and archiving of project documents and drawings.

Assist with the on boarding and off boarding of staff working out of the Construction Project Offices.

Profile

To be successful in applying for the Interim Project Support Admin you will be able to complete:

Utilise Microsoft Outlook to organise complex meetings and events involving Senior Managers and Councillors, service users and partners. Take and produce minutes and agendas for Commissioners and other meetings

Develop, organise, plan, promote and host a range of events to promote to members of the public and professionals.

Support Senior Managers in maintaining their diaries by clarifying the purpose of requested meetings, making tentative appointments and, where appropriate, ensuring all relevant documents are available.

Develop and maintain robust electronic/hard copy filing systems to provide efficient and readily accessible sources of information
