Your new Company:

Our Client has a prime location in central Norwich. The successful applicant will be working in a small team within the lovely surroundings of a cutting edge office, which has recently been refurbed to the highest standards. The company is a property development company which currently owns properties in Norwich, Kings Lynn and London.

Your new role:

Due to an ever increasing workload the Financial Director requires assistance. This position is a permanent position and full training will be provided. Working closely with the Financial Director the job will provide assistance with the financial aspects of the ongoing property management and developments. This will include billings for rents and materials and various ledger work.

The hours for this position are expected to be 09.00 to 13.00 3 days per week within Monday to Thursday. However, there is flexibility with the hours and a variation would be considered i.e. 10.00 to 14.00 would also be acceptable to fit in with business needs.

The hourly pay for this position is anticipated to be within £11-£12 per hour.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Excellent time management, prioritisation and numeracy skills

* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

* Strong computer skills – especially proficient in MS Excel

* Ability to work within a small team of 3
