Environmental Manager required for part-time role (3 days per week) at factory based near Diss. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the environmental performance of the company to ensure compliance, sustainability and continual improvement.
Duties include:
* Meeting all reporting deadlines for Environmental permitting, abstraction licensing, pollution inventory and any other statutory reporting.
* Managing all Environment Agency site inspections and responding to any outcomes.
* Overseeing efficient waste water treatment operations.
* Planning and managing new legislation in a timely manner.
* Working towards achieving ISO14001.
Applicants must have detailed knowledge of Environmental legislation, waste water treatment processes and Environmental Management Systems
