This Role 
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK. 

Reporting to the Marketing Director and Head of Earned Media, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring performance of all online and offline marketing, with key responsibilities including PR and events, as well as any offline advertising and collateral. 

This role sits in the centre of the agency, working with various teams from channel specialists to account management. Your main duties will involve: 

  • Brand – taking ownership of the iCrossing brand both internally and externally
  • Content – managing and crating our content marketing, outreach and engagement programmes 
  • PR Strategy – researching and coordinating the PR plan to effectively communicate iCrossing UK’s key messages and position as thought leaders 
  • Events Strategy – research and recommend industry events for sponsorship, attendance and speaking opportunities, and oversee delivery of our own in-house event and workshop plan 
  • Advertising and Sponsorship – assess all relevant opportunities and negotiate involvement to ensure maximum ROI and best possible brand impact, internally and externally 
  • Partnerships – manage industry and professional organisation partnerships and memberships (e.g. Microsoft, Amazon) and ensure all relationships are maximised, and we’re delivering against joint business plans 

Your Team
You’ll be working with a talented team of performance marketing professionals; the following people form your immediate team, but you’ll working closely with all departments and senior management team to ensure smooth delivery of strategy. 

  • Allyson Griffiths – Head of Earned Media 
  • Yvonne Quinn – Marketing Director 
  • Rose Fleming – Digital Marketing Analyst 

What we’re looking for
You may have worked as a Marketing Manager at an established or up-and-coming digital agency, but either way you'll bring experience in events management and PR, as well as an understanding of, and passion for, digital marketing. 

To apply for this role, you’ll need: 

  • Agency-based or B2B on/offline marketing experience within the Advertising industry
  • Proven experience taking a campaign from planning, through to execution and reporting 
  • Confident in working with and presenting to, a variety of stakeholders – with tenacity and strong influencing skills to give marketing the voice it needs within the business 

Location and Benefits 
iCrossing has two locations in the UK; London and Brighton. For this role, you could be based in either office: 

  • London: Leicester Square - you’re right in the heart of London’s cultural hot-spot, with restaurants, theatre, film premières, bars and more, all on our doorstep 
  • Brighton: The Lanes - what’s not to love about sea-side working, while also being immersed in the eclectic arts scene, attractions, shopping, festivals and nightlife here
