Calling all Receptionists, are you looking for a new challenge?

Due to continued business growth we are searching for friendly professional reception staff that can help to support our client’s hospitality house.

Previous reception experience is not essential we are searching for confident, happy, friendly candidates who pose an excellent work ethic, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for the hospitality industry, candidates who hold a passion within customer service.

We want to speak with happy friendly energetic candidates who love nothing more than to deliver exceptional customer service, someone who is willing to go above and beyond when delivering the very best of customer service either face to face or on the telephone.

You will be the first and last point of contact, you will need to have a flair for communication and a warm and welcoming manner, it is essential that you are a people person.

You will need to be an excellent relationship builder, liaising with both customers and the team ensuring you are the central contact at all times between departments.

Our client is looking for 1 full time & 1 part time member. This will be to work 5 days for the full-time role on a shift rotational basis covering opening hours from 7am to 10pm. Part time hours are up to 20 hours a week again we are looking for candidates that can be completely flexible with working hours and working days.

Salary 17k-19k dependent upon experience (Salary pro-rata) for part time role.

Experience

2 years Customer Service Experience.

Hospitality experience desirable.
