We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join a small but friendly and busy team based in Bournemouth. The role is to cover maternity, with the ideal individual being able to join mid-August. For the right individual, this position can be permanent from the outset. Part time hours also considered.

The Role:

You will take on an existing caseload of files from instruction to post-completion and provide a professional service to clients. You will also help to build new relationships and encourage further business into the firm.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

* at least 3 years conveyancing experience

* exceptional communication skills

* financial awareness

* a positive and pro-active attitude

* the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

* a flexible approach
