Administrator/Personal Assistant
Part Time - 25 hours per week

This position needs a natural lateral thinker, who is always five steps ahead! You will use your initiative thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment.
The ideal candidate will come from a PA/EA role but candidates with strong administration/diary management skills will also be considered.
Duties:-
Organise travel and book accommodation
Admin duties and maintaining up to date records
Diary management for 2 Directors
Organisation of meetings including booking rooms, preparing paperwork and organising attendance
Meeting and greeting of visitors
Sending out agendas
Taking notes in meetings
