We now have an opportunity to join one of the South Wests leading employers as a Part Time Facilities Administrator, within our Property and facilities team in Exeter.
This role will be part-time, working 22.5 hours a week.
The Role:
Joining our team, the Facilities Administrator will provide financial and administrative support across the Property and Facilities team as well as dealing with general facilities related enquiries, covering Soft FM services during absences and supporting the Soft FM Services Manager to help the department run smoothly. You will support the financial management of the Facilities department by reviewing monthly revenue reports from the finance team, challenging unauthorised expenditure, identifying and investigating anomalies.
You'll provide comprehensive procurement administration support, including raising requisitions and orders for Facilities activities, entering Goods Receipt Notices (GRN's) for invoices received and updating revenue and capital spreadsheets. You will also undertake recharges to departmental costs codes for; post, taxis, restaurant, hospitality and print services
The Ideal Facilities Administrator:
- Extensive experience working in a financial administration role
- A high level of administration skills with experience of supporting a fast paced, complex environment
- A high level of computer literacy using complex functions in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of manipulating and analysing data using computer-based spreadsheet packages
- Ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility for a working pattern to meet the business needs
