We are looking for 5+ tele-appointers to join our lively and expanding team

Location: Nottingham City Centre with good access by public transport - LS1 5RD

Hours: We are looking for full-time (40 hrs per week including weekends) and part-time.

Competitive rate of pay:£8.50 per hour with great bonus scheme, OTE £20k+ (fte) and great benefits package*.

Previous experience or knowledge of the industry is not essential as full training will be given, but you will need:

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner (must speak fluent English clearly)

•A good working knowledge of IT (Microsoft Office)

•A drive and desire to provide excellent customer service

•Good organisational skills

•The ability to make a positive contribution to a lively and dynamic team environment, but equally be a self-starter.

Hidden Hearing is the premium provider of hearing aids in private hearing healthcare and has been established for over 40 years.We pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service.The purpose of the role is to book appointments for our Hearing Aid Dispensers based all over the UK and to maximise the number of weekly appointments for each of the dispensers you are allocated to.
