Job Details

The Technology training analyst (WorkSmart Advisor) will be responsible for working with the Lendlease business to understand how they are utilising IT collaboration and productivity resources, such as the Microsoft 365 toolset, as well as discovering, develop and delivering methods to drive efficiencies within the business.

They will develop and design training material and help prioritise what we should be focussing on from a productivity perspective. They will take an integral role in driving improvement in personal productivity for all customers.

Their core objective is to help our customers get the most out of the technology available to them.

Key Accountabilities:

Discover

  • Research productivity tools.
  • Partner with the business to gain insights into how they are utilising technology by real time observations of their workflows, feedback surveys, social network analysis and through workshops.
  • Continually assess new technologies and tools to ensure IT services are up to date, cost effective and providing the best productivity experience to our customers.

Develop

  • Create training content, presentations, quick reference guides and videos in line with the Global Digital Workplace team
  • Create product retirement and transitioning strategies

Deliver

  • Training will be delivered through a combination of; 1 to 1, classroom style & virtual/online
  • Provide product/technology educated advice to customers backed by experience and research

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of the construction and or property industries, and relevant country, regional and global legislation.
  • Competencies include accountability, big picture thinking, clarity in communication, customer driven, developing future leaders, focus, judgement, team building, analytical thinking & problem solving, decision making.
