Accounts Administrator
Roseberys are seeking a new accounts administrator to join our busy accounts team
Main duties will involve:
Auction Sale Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Purchase Ledger Invoices
General accountancy duties including credit control, reconciling credit card statements, petty cash reconciliation, raising invoices for buyers and suppliers
Auction administration including taking payments, registering clients, pre and post sale assistance for clients
Candidates should have:
Previous experience in an administrative capacity and knowledge of book-keeping
Experience of credit control and chasing payments
Confident in handling and counting cash
High level of computer competency
Ability to work to deadlines
Friendly and professional manner and experience of customer service
Previous auction house experience not essential
This role is 20 hours a week including some occasional weekend work and would suit someone who is able to have flexibility around working days to assist with auction days and holiday cover. Roseberys are happy to discuss what hours would be suitable for the right candidate.
