We are looking for Support Workers to work in our Domiciliary Care services in Chard. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.

The base contracted salary for this role will be £17,598.26.

Full time contracted hours are 37.5 hours per week, part time and relief hours are also available.

Daytime hourly rates are £9.00 per hour. Waking night rates are £9.90 and sleep in shift are paid at £30.50 per shift – with top up payment if applicable.

An earn up to salary of £22,312.01 includes one sleep in shift and one overtime shift over a 40 week period.

Experience of supporting individuals with epilepsy and behaviours that challenge are desirable but not essential as full training and shadowing is provided.

We are looking to recruit a number of Support Worker posts in and around Chard.

Shift patterns will include a mixture of earlies, lates, alternate weekends and a minimum of two sleep in's a week.
