Location: Swanton Novers, Norfolk (commutable from Fakenham and Holt)
Hours: Full time, part time and bank hours available – 11 hour shifts
Salary: £8.78 p/h
Overtime: Available and paid at +£1.00 an hour (payable after full time hours worked)

About the role of Catering Assistant: 

We are looking for a Catering Assistant with a passion for creating nutritious homemade food as well as excellent baking skills. Experience of working in a similar environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. We provide three meals a day with the main meal at lunchtime. You may be required to undertake tasks such as washing up, vegetable prep and daily and weekly cleaning tasks as well as serve lunch to the residents daily. 

You will ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in line with our 5-star Food hygiene rating.

Due to the rural location of this role you will need access to a vehicle for work purposes.

The nature of our business requires kitchen staff to be available for work over bank holidays including Christmas and New Year.
