This role is offering a part time position dealing with a range of service users within the community. Service users may be older or have Physical disabilities as well as Mental Health Issues.

Your responsibilities as a Social Worker

Implement as well as complete Mental Capacity and safeguarding assessment.
Undertake care packages.
Deal with a caseload of complex care needs in relation to the service users.
Contribute effectively to the work environment ensuring that the service users have the best outcome of care.

Requirements for you as a Social Worker.

Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent
Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
2 years post qualifying UK experience
