Part-time Customer Service Administrator - working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 8.30am - 5pm.
Due to continued business growth, our client has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
You will be working in a busy Customer Service Department, dealing with a portfolio of customers ensuring first-class customer experience.
The client will consider candidates from retail, hospitality and other varied backgrounds for this role.
Duties will include:
Dealing with calls from customers both inbound and outbound
Actioning any required credit notes or returns
Reporting any transport delivery failures
Liaising with carriers daily
Accurate data entry
Ensuring excellent customer serviceCandidate skills:
Confident communication skills over the telephone
Ability to build lasting business relationships
Commercial awareness of opportunities
Excellent attention to detail
