Bell is recruiting for a Part-Time Admissions Executive (20 hours per week) as part of the Sales and Marketing team at our head office in Cambridge.

Your role is to deliver an excellent service to customers from point of booking to arrival in centre. 
 Main responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with all customers in a friendly, professional and approachable manner

  • Processing all bookings accurately and in a timely manner

  • Requesting and chasing payment

  • Issuing confirmation documents

  • Making pre-arrival amendments to bookings as required, collecting payment where necessary

  • Sending pre-arrival information to customers

  • Collecting all student information needed before arrival including arrival flight details and departure tickets

  • Processing/updating student travel, medical and visa information

  • Running weekly reports to ensure all information has been captured

  • Responding to all incoming emails and phone calls promptly

  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge of Bell’s complete portfolio

  • Ensuring all incoming enquiries are channelled to the correct department

  • Liaising closely with other departments to ensure co-ordination of activity and effective knowledge dissemination

  • Providing general administration support to the Business Development Team

  • Being aware of the up to date visa rules and follow Bell and UK Home office guidelines when processing visa national bookings

  • Providing advice across all Bell products (adult, YL, and Teacher Training/Development) and, where appropriate, on products offered by selected partners


Person Specification


  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Office administration
  • Working in a customer service role (phone & email)
  • Working in a demanding & pressured environment

  • Excellent eye for detail

  • Able to listen and follow instruction
  • Calm and positive under pressure

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • International admissions administration experience at a school, college, language school or university
  • Fluency in one or more foreign language
