Brite Services are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work for a local charity based in Torquay, initially this role will be until December with the possibility for it to be extended. This position is offering part time hours working 3 days per week (preferably Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays), however this can be negotiable. Please note, you may be required to work 4 or 5 days some weeks.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, and a friendly working environment. You will also benefit from weekly pay, pension, holiday pay and immediate start available.
Working as an Administrator will involve carrying out the following tasks:
Telephone work - taking/making calls
Dealing with queries and communicating effectively
Liaising with patients and family members
Systematic administration duties
Skills required:
Excellent customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office - to include Outlook, Excel and Databases
Good administration skills
Experience within health/care background is desirable
This is a temporary role initially until December with the potential for this to be extended - Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
We will be interested to hear from candidates who have experience in the following roles: Sales Administrator, Service Advisor, Salesforce Administrator, Service Administrator, Support Administrator, Customer Service, Admin and Office Management, and Personal Assistant
