Your career begins here, duties include:
* Arranging high end villa itineraries for the discerning clientele.
* Attend product training sessions, including participating on company sponsored educational trips.
* Represent our client in events and trade exhibitions and be an ambassador for the brand.
* Proactively ensure familiarity with all products developments in your region.
* Maintain an efficient, professional and friendly relationship with the client throughout the booking process.
* Maintain regular contact with clients (and travel agents) to keep them informed of progress and the status of booking, including updating on developments.
Knowledge and skills required:
* Previous experience of working in the travel industry within a boutique high-end travel agents or luxury tour operator
* Well-polished / have finesse
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
