We have a fantastic Customer Service Advisor position based in a retention team available initially for a 6 months contract possibly on going to permanent for the right candidate with one of our well-established client with lovely premises.

VERY good Holiday entitlement – 24 days per year PLUS bank holiday’s pro-rata
excellent salary: £18,000 pro-rate
excellent working hours with 1 hour lunch Monday to Friday
Hours of Work 21 hours covering: Monday – Wednesday 3 days

9:30am -5:30pm

Customer Services Advisor

we are looking for candidates that have great Customer Services and have dealt with some customer retention.

The position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

To deliver and ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Some Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Taking the extra mile to engage with customers

• Daily Issues – Stock, Image, Spec, Logo issues on Website (full training on this Wordpress administration)

• Customer Retention

• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Daily management of customer’s accounts i.e. change of address

• Upselling where the opportunity arises

• Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction

• Assisting accounts with bad debtors
